The Tuesday evening life class is suitable for artists of all experience levels - from the complete beginner, right through to practicing artists.  The venue at the Maria Assumpta Centre is warm and friendly and as a result the atmosphere in the class is always relaxed and creative.

Each week, David Price and Tom Davies set up various poses with one to three models with the focus on composition, line, colour, etc.  Each course begins with a basic introduction to drawing, setting you up to achieve a level of drawing from the life model..  Whatever your level the class will offer new challenges and really make an improvement to your work.

Remember, all materials including paper, charcoal, pastels, inks, easels and boards are provided, so all you need to do is turn up.

However, places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Class Dates

Spring Term commences 12th January 2010, every Tuesday evening for 10 consecutive weeks (7-9pm). All classes are held in the Loyola Hall (formerly Faulkner Hall).

Summer Term commences 4th May 2010, every Tuesday evening for 10 weeks (7-9pm) in the Loyola Hall.
Please note the following:
1) There will not be a class on Tuesday 29th June.
2) Class on 11th May will be held in the Alban Room.

Autumn Term commences 28th September 2010, every Tuesday evening for 10 consecutive weeks (7-9pm). All classes are held in the Loyola Hall.
